Introducing our new 2-year Supply Chain Operations Graduate Programme which will see you experiencing what we do across both a complex and diverse environment. You will rotate around the various teams including: Supply Chain Services (managing hundreds of Haulage and Engineering trains, heavy materials and real time delivery), Strategic Programmes (managing multi-million pound projects such as construction of vehicles, installing IT infrastructure and managing NRs road fleet (cars and vans), Production Services (managing dozens of industrial scale buildings, warehousing, yard operations and Track), Construction Services (running direct teams operating and maintaining specialist Track and Overhead Line Engineering systems) and others. There will also be opportunities to experience departments in our Wider Route Services function such as Contracts and Procurement and HR and you’ll widen your skill set and gain all the experience you need to become a fully skilled professional applying your transferrable skills.
