What you’ll get out of it

We’re passionate about developing the next generation of talent in our industry, and that means we’ll ensure you’re surrounded by supportive colleagues and receive coaching from senior staff. You’ll have the chance to explore our business on away days throughout the scheme with visits to local depots, signalling centres, and stations.
