Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship

Our Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship is designed to enhance individual learning and growth through a combination of study and on the job learning. In this scheme, you will develop a better understanding of Network Rail’s processes, priorities and challenges whilst forming close working relationships with HR Professionals across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

You will join the Human Resources team who will encourage you to grow and develop. You’ll learn how to work alone and to thrive in high pressured environments.

As a Level 3 HR Apprentice, you’ll gain hands on experience across core HR processes and policies, developing a solid grounding in people practices. You’ll play an active role in supporting the wider HR team, contributing to real projects while building the skills needed for a successful career in HR.

Along with learning on the job, you will also attend part-time courses, providing you with a varied knowledge of corporate responsibility, safety, and sustainability. Having this qualification under your belt will position you as a fully effective skilled professional with career options.
