What you'll be doing

As part of this 5-year programme, you’ll complete a BSc degree in Real Estate, and a RICS assessment of professional competence (APC). You’ll also be playing a vital role in assisting with valuations, negotiations, service of notices, instructions for rent review and lease renewals.

You’ll support the team on investment and revenue opportunities to maintain or enhance the physical qualities and improve the revenue potential of the estate. And you’ll also be supporting with the completion of required documentation in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Who you are matters
